Grange Personal Training is a dedicated family owned fitness studio.

 

We help individuals achieve their health & wellness goals through personalised coaching and expert guidance.

Our training options come in 3 flavours, One on One, Small Group Boxing & Nutrition.  All training options can run individually or combined depending on your needs & requirements.  

 

All Services also have the option to train online using GrangePT Fitness Mobile Apps.

Personal Training

1 on 1 Training with a Certified Trainer at our Personal Training Studio. our personal training sessions are designed to help you build strength, improve fitness & stay motivated in a supportive, results driven environment.

 

We tailor every workout to your individual goals and fitness level, combining expert guidance with practical, sustainable training methods. 

Small Group Boxing

Perfect for all fitness levels, these classes combine the fundamentals of boxing with high-intensity exercises to deliver a full-body workout that’s as fun as it is effective.

Nutritional Support

At Grange Personal Training, our nutritional recommendations are guided by the Precision Nutrition model, focusing on simple, sustainable habits rather than restrictive dieting.

 

By prioritising education and long-term behaviour change, we empower you to develop a healthy relationship with food while supporting your training results and overall wellbeing.

Membership

For One on One Training we offer 3 Levels of training.  Dynamic, Pragmatic & Steady.  

Depending on your level of fitness, experience, skill set, budget and time restraints there is an option for you.

We always recommend clients try to train strength at least twice a week and cardio 3 times a week. These can be completed in the Studio and/or through our training Mobile app.  This option is available with all our memberships.

Dynamic

For clients aiming to increase fitness and achieve their goals in a short time period.  

The Dynamic Membership requires clients to train 3 times a week in person. Accountability and Technique improves much quicker with a helping set of eyes and prompts to help you each session. 

Pragmatic

For clients aiming for a safe reliable method to cover their weekly strength sessions under guidance and accountability our Pragmatic membership gets it done.

Steady

For clients with tight budgets, time poor or clients who may need a nudge but are generally self sufficient when training.

The Steady Membership can help keep you honest each week and keep you accountable for any at home/mobile training you may also be undertaking.
