All training options can run individually or combined depending on your needs & requirements.

Personal Training
We offer an environment where you do not need to queue and wait for equipment, share the room with other people training or have to worry about programming or technique.
We listen and understand your fitness needs and experience and then create a personal program around YOUR requirements.
We educate & teach YOU how to use the equipment and focus on YOUR technique throughout your sessions.
Each Membership includes:
- plenty of free on street parking available
- a keypad for Studio entry
- online booking/rescheduling
- mobile app for training in your own time.
- private online community
- online course access
- unique personal training program

Boxing for Fitness
Perfect for all fitness levels, these classes combine the fundamentals of boxing with high-intensity exercises to deliver a full-body workout that’s as fun as it is effective.
If you purchase the ROUTINE MEMBERSHIP you will have 1 FREE Boxing session per week.
If you go for the PLUS MEMBERSHIP you will have 2 FREE Boxing sessions per week.

At Grange Personal Training, our nutritional recommendations are guided by the Precision Nutrition model, focusing on simple, sustainable habits rather than restrictive dieting.
By prioritising education and long-term behaviour change, we empower you to develop a healthy relationship with food while supporting your training results and overall wellbeing.
