Beginning in a community hall on the outskirts of Adelaide teaching Kickboxing progressing to; working for a large commercial gym chain,
running a High Street Personal Training Studio and now the end goal with our own Private Personal Training Studio
where clients can train undisturbed in the heart of Grange, Adelaide.
With a Holistic approach to training, covering movement, nutrition and recovery 'Eat Well, Move Well, Live Well'. Brian has been training clients of all levels in Adelaide for 13 years and loves helping clients achieve their goals
with a mix of Strength, Cardio, Boxing Padwork, Recovery and Nutrition training.
Focusing on Nutrition and Technique are the most important aspects of our training and grasping the fundamentals for each movement.
